Term and Conditions
PAYMENTS: A Non Refundable $30.00 Deposit is required at time of booking to secure your Date/Time. If booked, this amount will be applied to the Total Due. The balance of all services must be paid in full no later than two weeks prior to the booked date. Payment is accepted by the form of CASH/CHECK, MONEY ORDER, PAYPAL, CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS payable in US funds. Any check returned by the bank, client will be charged an additional $35.00 fee due immediately upon notification and remaining balance thereafter must be paid by cash. Leilani’s Aloha Studio cannot hold an event date/time without a signed contract and deposit, there are no exceptions.
CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation, a month notice is required. Please call 575-322-5258 or email to leilanialohahmua@gmail.com for cancellation.
EVENT DATE/TIME/LOCATION CHANGE POLICY: At client’s request, the event date/time/location may be changed. A fee of $30.00 will apply for event date change and additional Travel Fees will apply.
LIABILITY: All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to cosmetic application, and if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Leilani’s Aloha Studio, its owners, and all employees and agents from liability for any allergic reaction or injury suffered by client due to cosmetics, oils, metals, latex or any ingredients if not mentioned prior to application. All minors must have an adult’s consent and signed waiver before entering into any agreement with Leilani’s Aloha Studio.
CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL: In the event of a power outage at client’s service location, makeup artist will not be held responsible for airbrushed makeup service not being performed. Makeup will be applied by brush/sponge and will be performed to the best of makeup artist’s ability due to the circumstances. The deposit will not be refunded and the balance will be due.
TRAVEL FEES AND ACCOMMODATIONS: If the artist is required to travel by bus, rental car, airline, or cab to reach client’s event venue, the client is responsible for all fares and fees included with transportation. Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred; the amount will be included with the final bill and due for payment two weeks before event. If artist is traveling with a personal vehicle the mileage charge is at a set rate of $1 per mile travelled round trip. Any and all travel will include current standard per diem for zip code involved. Artist will furnish any and all receipts and invoices of all charges and/or payments made toward balance by client. Client is responsible for reserving lodging the night preceding the event.
NO SHOW: Leilani’s Aloha Studio is not responsible for no show parties. Once the agreement has been signed and a deposit has been received. Signer will be responsible to pay in full for all parties that fail to show up for their appointment time.
